The Lore Behind the Libations 

Pine Bluffs Distilling was born from a simple but powerful idea: keep things local and do them right. After years in the brewing industry, Brown wanted to bring true farm-to-flask spirits to Laramie County. Along with his family, he set out to build a distillery that not only made exceptional beverages but also supported farmers in the region. 

That commitment runs deep. Pine Bluffs sources nearly all of its grain from within a 30-mile radius and carries it through every step on site—milling, mashing, fermenting, distilling and bottling—all by hand and rooted in craftsmanship. 

For Brown, Pine Bluffs stands for more than just incredible drinks—it stands for community. By working directly with local farmers, Pine Bluffs has helped create new opportunities in agriculture and a lineup of bottles brimming with authenticity.
