Celebrated for its natural beauty, The Endless Mountains is home to Pennsylvania’s 2021 “Trail of the Year” the D&H Rail-Trail along with three former “Rivers of the Year” the Susquehanna River, the Loyalsock Creek, and the Meshoppen Creek. It is natures perfect playground.
