During the holiday season, the bakery produces as many as 30,000 fruitcakes each day, with shipments reaching all 50 states and more than 190 countries. For generations, it has given travelers one more reason to make Corsicana part of their holiday traditions.

Each year in late November, Corsicana officially welcomes the holidays with its annual Tree Lighting celebration. Downtown fills with live entertainment, children's activities, seasonal treats, holiday shopping, and the lighting of the city's three-story Christmas tree. While the Tree Lighting marks the beginning of the holiday season, it also sets the tone for weeks of festive gatherings, live performances, shopping events, and celebrations that keep downtown bustling well into December.
